It's a Hibachi Party for Father's Day
Alas, it's almost Father's Day on Sunday. What would be something that is truly different? Make it a fun indoor grill party. If you've ever been to a hibachi restaurant, you'll know how fun it can be to grill stuff indoors. I've found this really cool indoor grill from Sur LaTable.
As an accompaniment, there is a great book on indoor grilling, too. If you are wondering what can be grilled, try meats such as beef tenderloine strips, shrimp, chunk of tuna, and don't forget vegetables and how about some dipping sauces, too. Serve up some rice for an Asian twist!
